In our society, a woman who works in a corporate environment or dears to venture independent practice often has to put in twice the normal effort to prove here worthy and capable of holding her own.
The woman is always in an invisible competition, with her female colleagues at the office, the women in her environment, her friends and in laws. The woman amongst her male counterparts is often seen as wayward especially if she’s single (not married or divorced ),if she’s a go getter or straight up principled. The woman is always on a pedestal, always under the searchlight.
When a woman is very good at what she does men tend to often develop a complex around her and call her all sorts of name, faulting different non existent stories just to defame her character.
Do you think this is nice? Whose fault is it the society, family or individual?
